Sabemos que ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que<strong>&nbsp;TU102<\/strong>, lo que puede dificultar su refrigeraci\u00f3n cuando est\u00e9 funcionando a plena carga. Ya queda menos para conocer toda la generaci\u00f3n Ampere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace tiempo, NVIDIA fue noticia por la filtraci\u00f3n del disipador que podr\u00eda equipar las GPUs de gama alta Ampere en su&nbsp;<strong>Founders Edition<\/strong>. Ahora, sabemos c\u00f3mo es el die de&nbsp;<strong>GA102<\/strong>&nbsp;gracias a la&nbsp;<strong>filtraci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de unas&nbsp;<strong>fotograf\u00edas<\/strong>&nbsp;que nos desvelan varios detalles: es m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s caro y las tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas Ampere podr\u00edan ser m\u00e1s calientes de lo esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el TU102 ya sufr\u00eda con seg\u00fan que disipadores, este GA102 va a poner en pr\u00e1ctica todas las artes de los AIB para refrigerarlo, ya que es m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o en \u00e1rea y tiene un consumo bastante mayor, lo que unido a los problemas de temperatura de las GDDR6X nos hacen temer por el calor que podr\u00eda alcanzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No en vano el disipador de NVIDIA ser\u00e1 el m\u00e1s grande de las historia seg\u00fan parece, la pregunta es, \u00bfser\u00e1 suficiente para mantener al chip a raya?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtran las fotograf\u00edas de NVIDIA Ampere GA102<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/08\/nvidia-ampere-ga102-1000x777-1.jpeg\" alt=\"nvidia ampere ga102\" class=\"wp-image-467305\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas fotograf\u00edas son lo m\u00e1s cerca que podemos estar de la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas de NVIDIA. Tras los rumores sobre las dimensiones del die, uno de los filtradores se aproxim\u00f3 casi al mil\u00edmetro, asegurando en julio que el tama\u00f1o del die de GA102 ser\u00eda de 627.12 mm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan estas fotograf\u00edas,&nbsp;<strong>el tama\u00f1o exacto del die ser\u00e1 628 mm\u00b2<\/strong>, siendo un die<strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que TU102<\/strong>&nbsp;(754 mm\u00b2). Veremos este die en las&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3090<\/strong>&nbsp;y en las&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3080<\/strong>, que liderar\u00e1n la gama alta de la pr\u00f3xima gama de GPUs, donde NVIDIA sigue incluyendo el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/componentes\/marco-metalico-gpu-amd-nvidia\/\">marco m\u00e9talico en sus GPU<\/a>&nbsp;alrededor del die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece que la posibilidad de que exista una RTX 3090 es muy viable porque su posible SKU ser\u00eda<strong>&nbsp;GA102-300-A1,<\/strong>&nbsp;el cual ser\u00eda utilizado por esta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Han desaparecido varios identificadores, la fecha en la que se produjo el chip o la planta espec\u00edfica donde se fabric\u00f3. Esta pr\u00e1ctica se realiza para eliminar los rastros del filtrador, ya que sufrir\u00eda problemas legales bastante serios porque existen muchos intereses en juego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/08\/nvidia-ampere-ga102-1000x846-1.jpeg\" alt=\"TU102\" class=\"wp-image-467308\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se rumorea la&nbsp;<strong>posibilidad<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>de que la RTX 3090 lleve un PCB diferente<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>al de la RTX 3080<\/strong>, incorporando la primera un disipador con un dise\u00f1o que&nbsp;<strong>ocupar\u00e1 3 slots<\/strong>. Respecto a<strong>&nbsp;la segunda<\/strong>, que ser\u00eda m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a y&nbsp;<strong>ocupar\u00e1 2 slots<\/strong>, quedando diferenciada la RTX 3090 como el buque insignia de Ampere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>cambio<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>del TU102 al GA102<\/strong>&nbsp;traer\u00e1 consigo un&nbsp;<strong>consumo m\u00e1s alto<\/strong>, as\u00ed como unas tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s calientes<\/strong>. Es m\u00e1s, puede que veamos una subida de precios significante en las gamas&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3070<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3060<\/strong>, que est\u00e1n basadas en&nbsp;<strong>GA104<\/strong>. El argumento de NVIDIA para hacerlo es su mejora de rendimiento, ya que la RTX 3070 podr\u00eda superar a las tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/reportajes\/comparativas\/rtx-2080-ti-vs-rtx-2080\/\">RTX 2080 Ti y RTX 2080<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La RTX 3090 ser\u00e1 la GPU Ampere m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y la RTX 3080 le seguir\u00e1 de cerca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/08\/NVIDIA-RTX-Ampere.jpg\" alt=\"NVIDIA-RTX-Ampere\" class=\"wp-image-462103\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras filtrarse varios detalles t\u00e9cnicos de la&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3090<\/strong>, sabemos que su SKU es el&nbsp;<strong>GA102-300-A<\/strong>, el cual vendr\u00eda con&nbsp;<strong>5248 n\u00facleos CUDA<\/strong>. De ser as\u00ed, habr\u00eda un incremento del 20% de los n\u00facleos respecto a la RTX 2080 Ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no se ha podido filtrar ninguna frecuencia de forma oficial, es seguro que esta tarjeta gr\u00e1fica vendr\u00e1 con una memoria&nbsp;<strong>GDDR6X<\/strong>&nbsp;y con un bus de&nbsp;<strong>384-bit<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 capaz de ofrecer casi&nbsp;<strong>1 TB\/s<\/strong>&nbsp;de banda ancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/08\/VRAM-GDDR6X-Ampere-1000x633-1.jpg\" alt=\"Especificaciones RTX 3090 GDDR6X VRAM\" class=\"wp-image-461563\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, la&nbsp;<strong>RTX 3080<\/strong>&nbsp;equipar\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>4352 n\u00facleos CUDA<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>igualando a la RTX 2080 Ti<\/strong>&nbsp;en especificaciones. Su memoria tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>GDDR6X,<\/strong>&nbsp;pero est\u00e1 en el aire cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 su memoria total, rumore\u00e1ndose que venga con 20 GB. Adem\u00e1s, ofrecer\u00eda un bus de&nbsp;<strong>320-bit<\/strong>, lo que supondr\u00eda una banda ancha de&nbsp;<strong>760 GB\/s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fecha de presentaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aquellos\/as que est\u00e1is deseando ver cu\u00e1ndo va a presentar NVIDIA su gama Ampere, deciros que el\u00a0<strong>1 de septiembre<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 el evento de la presentaci\u00f3n.
