C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y de Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) present\u00f3 este jueves Check, una app para env\u00edo de platillos a domicilio, con el fin de aumentar ganancias al recibir menos cobro de comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n de Check, David Castillo, CEO de la empresa, resalt\u00f3 que su uso puede representar hasta un 85% de ahorro en relaci\u00f3n con los env\u00edos por plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOfrece un esquema de pag\u00f3 fijo mensual y entregas ilimitadas, eliminando el cobro de comisiones por pedido\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 en prueba desde el 20 al 31 de octubre de este a\u00f1o en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Guadalajara, mientras que se prev\u00e9 que la descarga se pueda dar a partir de los primeros d\u00edas de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Castillo, la plataforma tendr\u00e1 un modelo de suscripci\u00f3n con un costo de 3,199 pesos al mes para cada restaurante, con lo cual podr\u00e1n contar con el servicio sin comisiones por env\u00edo, a diferencia de las apps de delivery, cuyas comisiones van del 20 al 35%, seg\u00fan los propios restauranteros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De inicio, la plataforma contar\u00e1 con 450 repartidores y se proyecta que tenga presencia en 6 entidades para el cierre del primer trimestre de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ventas en l\u00ednea de los restaurantes representan actualmente alrededor del 30%, casi el doble de lo que significaban antes de la pandemia, seg\u00fan V\u00edctor Legaspi,
