Rosen, explic\u00f3 en rueda de prensa telef\u00f3nica que la demanda subraya que Google sustenta su papel de \u201cprincipal guardi\u00e1n de acceso\u201d a internet a trav\u00e9s de \u201cuna red ilegal de acuerdos exclusivos que da\u00f1a a los competidores\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gigante tecnol\u00f3gico, con sede en Mountain View (California) controla cerca del 80 % de las b\u00fasquedas en internet en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los gigantes tecnol\u00f3gicos se han enfrentado a las cr\u00edticas de diferentes gobiernos y organismos como la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE), debido a la gran cantidad de poder que acumulan, los desorbitados beneficios que obtienen y los bajos impuestos que tributan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la transformaci\u00f3n de Google en uno de los gigantes de la tecnolog\u00eda, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha sido vigilada de cerca por las autoridades de EU, y la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Comercio del pa\u00eds, que tambi\u00e9n tiene autoridad para investigar casos de monopolio, ya ha llevado a cabo pesquisas en torno a Google, aunque las finaliz\u00f3 en 2013 sin pruebas suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
