poner interesante a principios de 2021 con el lanzamiento de la und\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n de los Intel Core con la que Intel pretende hacer frente a los Ryzen 5000 por el inter\u00e9s de los usuarios de PC m\u00e1s entusiastas y que buscan el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento. \u00bfPero como se ve la siguiente generaci\u00f3n de CPUs de Intel basada en Rocket Lake-S?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pocas horas de que Intel haya revelado informaci\u00f3n sobre los procesadores, que lanzar\u00e1n al mercado durante el&nbsp;<strong>primer trimestre de 2021<\/strong>, se han filtrado los resultados de las primeras pruebas de rendimiento, las cuales nos permiten hacernos una idea aproximada de la nueva familia de CPUs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rocket Lake-S, la siguiente generaci\u00f3n de los Intel Core<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/10\/Intel-Rocket-Lake-S-Hero-1.jpg\" alt=\"Intel Rocket Lake Cohete\" class=\"wp-image-511807\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La CPU con la que han hecho las pruebas podr\u00eda ser un&nbsp;<strong>Core i9-11900K<\/strong>&nbsp;o un<strong>&nbsp;Core i9-11700K<\/strong>, por lo que estamos hablando de una de las CPUs tope de gama de la und\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n de procesadores Intel Core, la cual va a utilizar los n\u00facleos&nbsp;<strong>Cypress Cove<\/strong>&nbsp;en su arquitectura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intel ha utilizado n\u00facleos basados en la arquitectura Skylake en las \u00faltimas 5 generaciones de sus Intel Core, pero con la und\u00e9cima han decidido dar el salto a un nuevo n\u00facleo, el cual le da una mejora importante en rendimiento con un solo hilo de ejecuci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con las CPUs de d\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n, pero hasta ahora no ten\u00edamos nada en lo que sostenernos excepto las declaraciones de la propia Intel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La siguiente generaci\u00f3n de los Intel Core no va a tener solo representantes en las gamas altas con el i9 y el i7 sino que tambi\u00e9n veremos versiones de esta arquitectura en forma de procesadores i5 e i3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rocket Lake-S versus la d\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n de Intel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/10\/Intel-Rocket-Lake.jpg\" alt=\"Rocket Lake Reverso\" class=\"wp-image-501964\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La CPU con la que se ha hecho el test tiene una velocidad base de&nbsp;<strong>3.4 GHz<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>4.2 GHz<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/reportajes\/que-es\/intel-thermal-velocity-boost-tvb\/\">Boost<\/a>, lo cual es m\u00e1s bajo de lo esperado,&nbsp;<strong>&gt;5 GHz<\/strong>, pero no debemos olvidar que los Rocket Lake-S aparecer\u00e1n en el mercado durante el primer trimestre de 2021, por lo que las pruebas de rendimiento se pueden haber realizado en una versi\u00f3n de pre-lanzamiento de la CPU y puede que la versi\u00f3n final sea algo mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados han sido obtenidos en el UserBenchmark utilizando un PC con las siguientes especificaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Placa base MSI Z590-A PRO-12VO<\/li><li>32 GB&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/reportajes\/comparativas\/memorias-ddr4-lpddr4-diferencias-compatibilidad\/\">DDR4<\/a>-2667, teniendo en cuenta que seg\u00fan Intel esta nueva CPU soporta memorias DDR4-3200, sorprende que utilicen una memoria m\u00e1s lenta para la prueba de rendimiento.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ya nos vamos a los resultados, el Rocket Lake-S obtiene una puntuaci\u00f3n de 179 puntos en el test de 1 n\u00facleo, 368 en el test de 2 n\u00facleos, 682 en el 4 n\u00facleos, 1115 en el de 8 n\u00facleos y 1623 en el de 64 n\u00facleos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure ver el Core i7-10700K tiene ventaja en la velocidad de reloj, ya que este funciona a 5.1 GHz frente a los 4.2 GHz del Rocket Lake-S sobre el que se ha hecho la prueba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo&nbsp;<strong>supera al i7-10700K<\/strong>&nbsp;sino tambi\u00e9n al i9-10900K que supera en un 18% pese a la velocidad de reloj de 5.3 GHz que tiene el procesador de d\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A igualdad de velocidad de reloj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/10\/IntelCore-1.jpg\" alt=\"intelcore\" class=\"wp-image-495346\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si normalizamos los resultados de los de d\u00e9cima generaci\u00f3n haciendo una regla de tres e igualando la velocidad de reloj con el del Rocket Lake-S:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure presentado Zen 3, por lo que vamos a ver una encarnizada guerra entre los dos principales actores en el mercado de las CPUs para PC. Al mismo tiempo hace que nos preguntemos\u2026 \u00bfQu\u00e9 hubiese ocurrido si el nodo de 10 nm de Intel no hubiese sido un fiasco?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
