{"id":26092,"date":"2020-12-04T08:59:10","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T14:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldenti.com\/site\/?p=26092"},"modified":"2020-12-04T08:59:13","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T14:59:13","slug":"como-de-rapida-es-la-amd-rx-6800-con-sam-activo-en-placas-intel-z490","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldenti.com\/site\/como-de-rapida-es-la-amd-rx-6800-con-sam-activo-en-placas-intel-z490\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo de r\u00e1pida es la AMD RX 6800 con SAM activo en placas Intel Z490?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/Intel-Radeon.jpg\" alt=\"Intel Radeon\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El marketing de AMD se ha encontrado con otro rev\u00e9s respecto al Smart Access Memory, si hace unos d\u00edas tuvo que reconocer que el Smart Memory Access es m\u00e1s que un rebranding del Resizable BAR, una caracter\u00edstica del PCI Express, ahora se encuentran con que el SAM funciona en las placas base con chipset Z490 de Intel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los intentos de AMD de vender su tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n de manera conjunta a trav\u00e9s del Smart Memory Access acaban de recibir otro rev\u00e9s, ya que ahora es posible hacer uso de esta funcionalidad en placas&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/componentes\/placas-z490-compatibilidad-pcie-4-0\/\">Intel z490<\/a>, y por tanto ya no es necesario utilizar una placa base con chipset AMD y una CPU de AMD para hacer uso de esta caracter\u00edstica de las&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/rendimiento\/rdna-2-caracteristicas\/\">AMD RX 6000<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el Smart Access Memory de AMD?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/Smart-Access-Memory-2.jpg\" alt=\"AMD SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/Smart-Access-Memory-3.jpg\" alt=\"AMD SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/Smart-Access-Memory-2.jpg\" alt=\"AMD SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Smart Access Memory no es m\u00e1s que un rebranding para una caracter\u00edstica de la especificaci\u00f3n PCI Express<\/strong>, la cual ha existido desde la versi\u00f3n 2.0 de dicha interfaz y&nbsp;<strong>es conocida como Resizable BAR<\/strong>. Esta caracter\u00edstica consiste en que&nbsp;<strong>la CPU del sistema a trav\u00e9s del puerto PCI Express tiene acceso a la memoria de video de la gr\u00e1fica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para ello es necesario el uso de un registro especial en la placa base, el Resizable Base Address Register<\/strong>, el cual puede ser utilizado para direccionar la CPU a la VRAM. El truco consiste en colocar en dicho registro la direcci\u00f3n de memoria de la VRAM que se quiere leer o la direcci\u00f3n de memoria m\u00e1s el dato si se quiere que la CPU escriba en la VRAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pero no todas las placas base lo soportan<\/strong>, y es necesario que el chipset se asigne a s\u00ed mismo una direcci\u00f3n de memoria concreta en la RAM que sirva como registro de referencia para el direccionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo han conseguido activar el SAM en el chipset Intel Z490?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-Intel-SAM1.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-Intel-SAM2.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-Intel-SAM1.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AMD reconoci\u00f3 que el Smart Access Memory funciona en todo tipo de tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas y procesadores, independientemente de la marca de la que estemos tratando<\/strong>, ya que realmente no es una especificaci\u00f3n de estos sino de la interfaz PCIe, pero dicha funci\u00f3n ha de estar integrada en el chipset que controle dichas interfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente,&nbsp;<strong>una nueva BIOS de ASUS para sus placas madres con el chipset Z490 ha activado esta caracter\u00edstica<\/strong>&nbsp;. Es tan simple como&nbsp;<strong>activar esta caracter\u00edstica en las opciones de la BIOS<\/strong>&nbsp;y las tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas de la familia RX 6000 de AMD ya podr\u00e1n tomar ventaja del Smart Memory Access de manera inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendimiento de una AMD RX 6800 XT con SAM activo en una placa Intel Z490<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/05\/z490-chipset-badge-rwd.jpg\" alt=\"z490-chipset-badge-rwd\" class=\"wp-image-416207\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Probando la AMD RX 6800 conectada a una placa base con chipset Z490 y el SAM, Resizable BAR activo, se puede ver como en varios juegos hay una peque\u00f1a mejora en el rendimiento de estos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-Assassins-Creed-Valhalla.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM Assassins\" class=\"wp-image-531223\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<strong>Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla a 1080p<\/strong>, con el SAM pasamos de una&nbsp;<strong>tasa de fotogramas m\u00ednima de 86 a 97, con una media de 137,&nbsp;<\/strong>mientras que la media con el SAM desactivado es de 120 FPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-SAM-Forza-Horizon-4-1440p.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM FH4\" class=\"wp-image-531226\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de&nbsp;<strong>Forza Horizon 4 a 1440p<\/strong>&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>tasa m\u00ednima pasa de los 182 a los 212 FPS<\/strong>&nbsp;y la<strong>&nbsp;tasa media de 210 a 243.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-SAM-RDR2-1080p.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM RDR2\" class=\"wp-image-531229\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero donde se ve la mayor mejora en cuenta a la tasa m\u00ednima de fotogramas es en Red Dead Redemption 2, donde&nbsp;<strong>a resoluci\u00f3n 1080p pasamos de una tasa minima de 34 a una de 95<\/strong>, aunque la&nbsp;<strong>tasa media<\/strong>&nbsp;no sube tanto al pasar de los&nbsp;<strong>120 a los 129<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/12\/ASCII-SAM-Rainbow-1080p.jpg\" alt=\"Z490 SAM RS\" class=\"wp-image-531232\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para terminar\u00a0<strong>Rainbow Six Siege<\/strong>, con una\u00a0<strong>tasa m\u00ednima de 279 fotogramas por segundo que se ve aumentada a 312<\/strong>, y\u00a0<strong>una tasa media de 441 fotogramas por segundo a 443<\/strong>, un aumento de solo 2 fotogramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fuente: <\/strong>hardzone.es\/noticias\/tarjetas-graficas\/amd-sam-intel-z490\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El marketing de AMD se ha encontrado con otro rev\u00e9s respecto al Smart Access Memory, si [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":26093,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-26092","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfC\u00f3mo de r\u00e1pida es la AMD RX 6800 con SAM activo en placas Intel Z490?
