Y eso es lo que ha hecho NH Hotel Group, que\u00a0pone a disposici\u00f3n de sus clientes la\u00a0<em>Smart Tablet in Reception<\/em>, una nueva propuesta que reduce elementos f\u00edsicos de contacto y tiempos de permanencia en la recepci\u00f3n de los hoteles. As\u00ed, mejora la experiencia del cliente al digitalizar todas las fases de los procesos durante el<em>\u00a0check-in<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0<em>check-out<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se culmina una estrategia\u00a0<em>paperless<\/em>\u00a0para el sector hotelero, integrando el software de firma, los servicios asociados y el dispositivo, bajo una f\u00f3rmula de pago por uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gesti\u00f3n se realiza mediante dispositivos Surface de Microsoft en la recepci\u00f3n de los hoteles, lo que permitir\u00e1 al cliente optimizar el&nbsp;<em>check-in<\/em>, facilitando la visualizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n de la reserva y la firma digital de los consentimientos legales del Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD), su adhesi\u00f3n al programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n e incluso la ficha policial. Adem\u00e1s, gracias a Surface, se podr\u00e1 visualizar cada factura pudi\u00e9ndola enviar \u00e1gilmente por email, mejorando especialmente el proceso de&nbsp;<em>check-out<\/em>. De este modo, se reduce el impacto ecol\u00f3gico que tiene la emisi\u00f3n de facturas y formularios en formato papel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cio.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/nh-hotel.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-155243\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de la cadena hotelera, esta soluci\u00f3n pretende incentivar la vuelta progresiva de los clientes garantizando su seguridad, y ya se encuentra ya implantada y funcionando con \u00e9xito en el NH Collection Barcelona Gran Hotel Calder\u00f3n y en el hotel NH Madrid Nacional. Adem\u00e1s, se espera que se extienda a la mayor\u00eda de las propiedades de la compa\u00f1\u00eda durante 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIncluso en un momento como el actual, en NH no hemos dejado de pensar en la necesidad de innovar y mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes\u201d, explic\u00f3 Rufino P\u00e9rez, COO &amp; Global Transformation Leader de NH Hoteles Group. \u201cDe la mano de Microsoft, estamos probando la&nbsp;<em>Smart Tablet in Reception:<\/em>&nbsp;una Surface Go 2 que nos permite reducir considerablemente los tiempos de espera tanto durante en el&nbsp;<em>check-in<\/em>&nbsp;como durante el&nbsp;<em>check-out<\/em>, que son dos momentos clave de nuestro contacto con todos nuestros hu\u00e9spedes. L\u00f3gicamente, estamos eliminando completamente el papel y eso tambi\u00e9n tiene un muy positivo impacto en t\u00e9rminos de sostenibilidad\u201d, prosigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De este modo, el formulario se crea de manera din\u00e1mica a partir de la informaci\u00f3n que se tiene del cliente en torno al registro, los consentimientos de RGPD, al igual que toda la actualizaci\u00f3n de cl\u00e1usulas de fidelizaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, Roger Grau, director del NH Collection Barcelona Gran Hotel Calder\u00f3n, coment\u00f3 que se trata de una soluci\u00f3n que permite a NH Hotel Group garantizar la seguridad de sus clientes minimizando el riesgo de contagio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl cliente interact\u00faa directamente con el dispositivo Surface Go 2, eliminando el contacto con otros elementos de riesgo como, por ejemplo, el uso del bol\u00edgrafo. Despu\u00e9s del uso de cada dispositivo, se higieniza y queda listo para el siguiente cliente. Adem\u00e1s, gracias al dispositivo, conseguimos digitalizar y simplificar procesos que normalmente son bastante tediosos en la recepci\u00f3n y en los cuales antes se utilizaba papel.
