Pero la aparente naturaleza abierta de la soluci\u00f3n de AMD podr\u00eda beneficiar a otras empresas como Intel. La cual ha afirmado su inter\u00e9s en adoptar AMD FidelityFX en sus GPU Intel Xe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda DLSS de NVIDIA se ha convertido en la innovaci\u00f3n en el valor de sus RTX 20 y RTX 30, ya que no se encuentra en los productos de la competencia y resulta en una enorme ventaja para una NVIDIA que ha dejado de ser una compa\u00f1\u00eda especializada solo en tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas y por tanto GPUs, para centrarse en la IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto AMD como Intel, especialmente esta \u00faltima, no se quieren quedar atr\u00e1s, pero los a\u00f1os de ventaja de NVIDIA les ha permitido desplegar tecnolog\u00edas como el DLSS en los juegos. Donde la versi\u00f3n 2.0 se hace servir en varios juegos punteros, lo que hace que AMD e Intel hayan de buscar una respuesta al&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/rendimiento\/rtx-dlss-desmitificando\/\">DLSS de NVIDIA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intel muestra inter\u00e9s por FidelityFX en los Intel Xe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2021\/06\/Intel-Xe-FidelityFX.jpg\" alt=\"Intel Xe FidelityFX\" class=\"wp-image-618327\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>AMD al contrario de NVIDIA ha decidido lanzar su colecci\u00f3n de librer\u00edas&nbsp;<strong>FidelityFX en c\u00f3digo abierto<\/strong>, lo que supone que cualquiera pueda adoptarlas para sus GPU, incluyendo a Intel y a NVIDIA. Mientras que la empresa de Jen-Hsun Huang quiere mantener el&nbsp;<strong>DLSS como una caja negra no documentada<\/strong>&nbsp;y exclusiva de sus tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto ha despertado el inter\u00e9s de Intel, aunque con matices, ya que las palabras del arquitecto en jefe de los diferentes sabores de la arquitectura Intel Xe, Raja Koduri, son una combinaci\u00f3n de fingido inter\u00e9s y puya hac\u00eda su anterior compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Definitivamente lo estamos estudiando,&nbsp;<strong>las capacidades para el Deep Learning<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>de la arquitectura Xe-HPG permiten soluciones que pueden conseguir mejor calidad y rendimiento<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Intentaremos alinearnos definitivamente con soluciones abiertas para hacer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil el trabajo a los vendedores de software independientes.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha de tener en cuenta que uno de los puntos flacos de AMD frente a NVIDIA es la falta de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/rendimiento\/procesadores-inteligencia-artificial\/\">unidades especializadas para la IA<\/a>&nbsp;en todo el porfolio de la empresa. Mientras que Intel s\u00ed que ha mostrado inter\u00e9s e incluso ha desarrollado varias tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2021\/06\/Intel-Xe-Matrix-Engine.jpg\" alt=\"Intel Xe Matrix Engine\" class=\"wp-image-618279\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De los Intel Xe-HPG no sabemos si tendr\u00e1n soporte para la IA, pero las palabras de Koduri apuntan a que&nbsp;<strong>Intel habr\u00eda a\u00f1adido unidades al estilo Tensor Core en sus Intel Xe-HPG<\/strong>. Las cuales&nbsp;<strong>permiten soluciones mucho m\u00e1s precisas que el AMD FSR<\/strong>, ya que dichas unidades fueron adelantadas por el propio Raja Koduri en varias presentaciones sobre la arquitectura Intel Xe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La naturaleza \u00ababierta\u00bb de FidelityFX demuestra las carencias de AMD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/app\/uploads-hardzone.es\/2020\/11\/AMD-FidelityFX.jpg\" alt=\"AMD FidelityFX\" class=\"wp-image-512728\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>No es ning\u00fan secreto que&nbsp;<strong>AMD no tiene los recursos de Intel y NVIDIA<\/strong>&nbsp;en estos momentos y con ello nos referimos a recursos econ\u00f3micos y de personal. Lo que hace que AMD no pueda tener por ejemplo un equipo de personas especializado por ejemplo en darle soporte al DLSS como si lo tiene NVIDIA, de ah\u00ed a lanzar el FidelityFX como c\u00f3digo abierto, lo que permite que otros fabricantes lo puedan adoptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea del c\u00f3digo abierto en FidelityFX le sirve a AMD para pasarle la pelota al tejado de los desarrolladores de software. Con la excusa de que pueden adoptar libremente dichas tecnolog\u00edas y manipularlas seg\u00fan sea necesario para sus programas.
