{"id":29518,"date":"2021-07-08T10:09:45","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T16:09:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldenti.com\/site\/?p=29518"},"modified":"2021-07-08T10:09:47","modified_gmt":"2021-07-08T16:09:47","slug":"desde-atenderte-en-un-restaurante-hasta-entregar-tu-paquete-los-robots-reafirman-su-paso-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldenti.com\/site\/desde-atenderte-en-un-restaurante-hasta-entregar-tu-paquete-los-robots-reafirman-su-paso-en-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Desde atenderte en un restaurante hasta entregar tu paquete: los robots reafirman su paso en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 600,000 d\u00f3lares, la compa\u00f1\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica Gesedig ofrece la renta de seis tipos de robots humanoides en el pa\u00eds.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.forbes.com.mx\/2018\/01\/Robots-4-640x360.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption>Foto: Orhan Akkanat\/Anadolu Agency\/Getty Images.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b92b5fc8-d44e-4d0f-8104-a52f5724d896\">La pandemia de Covid-19 no solo reforz\u00f3 el trabajo remoto y automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos sino que impuls\u00f3 el desarrollo de robots en M\u00e9xico, sobre todo&nbsp;<strong>los enfocados en ofrecer servicios de forma segura o bien, como una opci\u00f3n de reactivaci\u00f3n de eventos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmpezamos a crear sobre los robots que ya ten\u00edamos algunas variantes para apoyar al problema de la pandemia y hemos visto gran inter\u00e9s en este 2021 y ahora<strong>&nbsp;los movemos en un esquema de&nbsp;<em>robots as a service<\/em>, donde no tienes que comprar el robot<\/strong>, sino que vemos la problem\u00e1tica, lo programamos y te lo ofrecemos por d\u00eda\u201d, coment\u00f3 Mauricio Corona, Presidente y CEO de Gesedig (empresa mexicana de servicios digitales) en entrevista para&nbsp;<em><strong>Forbes M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 600,000 d\u00f3lares (el equivalente a 12 millones de pesos mexicanos), la compa\u00f1\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica Gesedig<strong>&nbsp;ofrece la renta de seis tipos de robots humanoides<\/strong>; desde los que se pueden aplicar al \u00e1rea de servicios como meseros, entrega de paquetes y los que son enfocados a la experiencias del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los robots humanoides se desarrollan tras identificar la problem\u00e1tica, seleccionar&nbsp;<strong>qu\u00e9 configuraci\u00f3n se necesita tanto a nivel hardware y a nivel algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial (IA)&nbsp;<\/strong>y por \u00faltimo se lleva a cabo su personalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9afb2521-1925-452f-b6c7-a1d4171e0d48\">El directivo destac\u00f3 que uno de sus clientes en Pa\u00edses Bajos optimiz\u00f3 un restaurante de comida japonesa gracias a un robot humanoide que ofrece&nbsp;<strong>autonom\u00eda de movimiento, procesamiento de lenguaje y la perspectiva de cumplir su servicio a trav\u00e9s de se\u00f1as y tacto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl robot es tan vers\u00e1til que lo puedes ir reprogramando y la gente que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s se est\u00e1 dedicando a esta nueva experiencia porque tiene tabletas android con las cuales&nbsp;<strong>puedes interactuar desde esta o estar hablando con un humano del otro lado<\/strong>. Se pueden adecuar a cualquier tipo de uso que se necesite\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-futuro-ya-est-aqu\">El futuro ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien el lanzamiento de estos robots en M\u00e9xico se llev\u00f3 a cabo en 2020, en medio de la pandemia de Covid-19,&nbsp;<strong>esta tecnolog\u00eda se han rentado hasta 30 veces&nbsp;<\/strong>sobre todo para estar presente en eventos, congresos y universidades, as\u00ed como para optimizar el&nbsp;<em>delivery<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTodas aquellas tareas manuales y repetitivas que no generan valor es mucho mejor idea dej\u00e1rselo a la tecnolog\u00eda y rob\u00f3tica para que lo ejecuten. El ejemplo claro est\u00e1 en el&nbsp;<em>delivery<\/em>&nbsp;en donde si se tienen 10 personas cargando cosas, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no le dejamos eso al robot?&nbsp;<strong>Y las personas que ya conocen el negocio que apoyen en otro tipo de actividades\u201d<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3 Corona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El impulso de la rob\u00f3tica de servicio orientada a generar mejor experiencia al cliente podr\u00eda ayudar a&nbsp;<strong>disminuir el riesgo laboral en tareas peligrosas, eficientar procesos y ahorrar gastos<\/strong>, sin embargo, para impulsar esta tecnolog\u00eda se presentan retos estructurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl principal reto fue que estuve buscando un cl\u00faster de rob\u00f3tica en M\u00e9xico y no exist\u00edan, no puede ser posible que no est\u00e1bamos fabric\u00e1ndolos. Somos potencia mundial mandando estudiantes en olimpiadas de rob\u00f3tica y siempre regresan con la medalla de oro,\u00a0<strong>pero no la podemos capitalizar y meternos a nuestra
